What climbers keep saying · from 4 reviews

Rubicons are great for slab: medium-soft, really good for smearing and standing on volumes, and insanely comfortable, but terrible on overhangs over 30 degrees; toe hooks suffice; sent their first V7 in them.

mixedcomfortable

Spent less time in the Rubicon than the Gomi but found it slightly softer, definitely comfier, and still solid for performance.

positivecomfortable

The Gomi fits them better, but both the Gomi and Rubicon are semi-soft shoes that toe in and smear well.

positive

Upgraded from Tarantulaces to the Rubicons and really likes how they fit; plans to use them as long as possible.

positive

Switched from too-small Solutions to the more comfortable Rubicon and is much happier indoors, though the right toe still feels it a bit.

positivecomfortable

The new Butora Rubicon wide fit is perfect for their Greek feet: snug and hard to get on at first, then broke in to super comfortable with no gaps.
