The Kronos was their beginner pair: very comfy and held up for a long time.
For wide feet the Evolv Kronos was a really nice second pair: comfy, generous straps, good feedback, and has lasted a super long time.
Has top-roped indoors for about ten months; their big toes get so painful about an hour into a session that it has sapped their motivation, and they suspect their Kronos, though they thought they had sized them right.
“My guess is it's a shoe thing, I have the Evolv Kronos and I thought they were sized appropriately but I feel like they might be what's causing the issue.”
Bought the Kronos as their first climbing shoes; they feel comfortable, but as a beginner on V2–V3 who doesn't climb often they wonder whether they were too pricey and advanced.
Tried the Kronos and found the heel really baggy.
