Ordered the Vapor S online as their first shoe, 1.5 sizes below street; within minutes the toe knuckles hurt and the heel pinched hard at the base of the Achilles.

Sized the Vapor S half a size up for a high-volume foot; after stretching it was a little less conforming than they'd like but OK.
Moved from the Veloce to the Vapor S and loves it: noticeably stiffer though still a soft shoe; the size has to be right because the closure isn't great.
