Loves their Swift Protect Pro for alpine use, though it's a triple that feels like a single because the aramid sheath is rigid, and the impact force isn't small.

Has been climbing on their partner's Edelrid Swift Protect 8.9 mm and highly recommends it for its much better cut resistance than Beal ropes.
Uses the Swift Protect Pro Dry and likes its cut resistance and dry treatment, but isn't sure they would pick it again.
Uses the Swift Protect Pro 8.9 as their big-day rope and after a couple of seasons all over the place it is still in great shape. Finds it dense and heavy for its diameter, heavier than their Beal Opera, but it packs small, handles fairly well and feels reassuring around sharp rock.
“I've had it for a couple of seasons and used it all over the place and it's still in great shape. It's dense and fairly heavy for its size”
